Steel TIG Welder

BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Steel TIG Welder to join our growing team. We specialize in marine construction and heavy civil projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on carbon steel and structural steel components

  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures per specifications

  • Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

  • Maintain welding equipment and tools

  • Work closely with field crews and supervisors

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years TIG welding experience (steel required)

  • Ability to pass a weld test

  • Strong understanding of structural fabrication

  • Experience in construction or marine industry preferred

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong work ethic and team mentality
